Linguistic technologies and innovative language teaching

We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference
“LINGUISTIC TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATIVE LANGUAGE TEACHING” organized by the Faculty of Modern Foreign Languages and Literature at Perm State University (Perm, Russia), October 24 – 25, 2022.

The Conference will be held within the International Perm Forum “INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGIES IN INTERDOMAIN APPLICATIONS” (Perm State University, Perm, Russia, October 24 – 29, 2021).

OUR AIMS AND SCOPE The Conference is aimed at sharing, exchanging and advancing new ideas, approaches, innovative technologies in various fields involving
• Corpus Linguistics
• Computational Linguistics
• Technologies in Language Teaching
• Innovations in Translations Studies
• Innovations in Linguistic Studies and Intercultural Communication
• Innovations and Technologies in Literary Studies
• Digital Domains
• Innovations in Metaphor Studies
The Conference is an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, educators and practitioners to discuss the most recent trends, innovations, challenges and their solutions.

PARTICIPATION The Conference will include plenary, panel and workshop sessions.

LANGUAGES: Presentations in Russian and English. Publications in English. To participate in the Conference, you will be requested to fill in the application form by April 22, 2022 (to be specified in the Letter 2)..
Articles in English, 7-15 pages, meeting the requirements of Springer and Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems book series will be published in SpringerLink Digital library, submitted for indexing in Scopus.
All submitted materials will be reviewed for their relevance, originality, importance and clarity, and will undergo double-blind peer review.
In case the articles are accepted for publication, the authors must fill out a consent for publication form, pay the registration fee of 20 thousand rubles per author or group of authors.

No more than 2 articles by one author are allowed. No more than 6 co-authors are allowed in one article. The author or the team is required to present the article in English at the conference in either the offline or the online mode.
The manuscript is submitted by one of the co-authors/author on the OpenConf platform. The form of consent for publication, the invoice for payment of the registration fee will be sent to the corresponding author.

Important dates: Article submission by 1:00 p.m. Moscow time April 22, 2022
Peer-reviewing by 13:00 Moscow time on June 20, 2022
Submission of the final version of the article and the agreement on publication by 13:00 Moscow time on July 22, 2022
Payment of the organizational fee by October 14, 2022
